Eventuelle returneringsomkostninger afholder du selv. Ønske om fortrydelse skal meddeles os senest 14 efter leveringen og være os i hænde seneste 14 dage efter vi er informeret om dit brug af fortrydelsesretten. Du hæfter for den forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og funktion. Dette betyder at du må prøve varen på samme måde som hvis du handlede i en fysisk butik.Hvis varen er prøvet udover, hvad der er beskrevet ovenfor, betragtes den som brugt og af forringet værdi. HANDELSBETINGELSER FOR ANNØ
Varer købt i aNNø´s fysiske butik kan byttes i 8 dage til andre varer eller tilgodebevis. Ved julegavekøb og gavekøb kan frister gælde.
REKLAMATION
Der gives 2 års reklamationsret på produkter i henhold til den danske købelov. Reklamationsretten gælder for alle fejl i software, materiale og fabrikation. Reklamation vedr. fejl og mangler skal meddeles til aNNø i rimelig tid efter varens modtagelse. Her anses max. 30 dage som rimelig tid, med mindre andet er aftalt. Vi refunderer rimelige fragtomkostninger. Reklamationen frafalder ved forkert eller ualmindelig betjening af produktet. aNNø dækker returneringsomkostningerne i rimeligt omfang. aNNø accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, applePay and googlePay
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order. All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK) aNNø uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties. aNNø v/Anne Nørgaard's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 working days in Denmark. For delivery to EU countries 2-6 working days. And worldwide delivery 3-10 days.
IF YOU REGRET A PURCHASE
aNNø offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs you incur yourself. The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal. If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om anne@annoe.dk. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM YOU HAVE RETURNED
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to aNNø to evaluate the item's condition.
WARRANTY
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication. Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to aNNø in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually. aNNø covers return costs to a reasonable extent. When returning, please contact us at:

EXCHANGE GOODS THAT ARE PURCHASED IN ANNØ PHYSICAL SHOP
Goods that are purchased in aNNø´ physical shop can be exchanged to other goods or a store credit. In case of Christmas presents more time to exchange goods will be given, usually one week into the following new year.
RESERVATIONS IN CASE OF FAULTY TEXT AND PRICES ON ANNØ SITE, ONLINE SHOP AND IN ANNØ PHYSICAL SHOP
In cases where we have written wrong text/wrong prices, we reserve the right to correct the fault(s) and even cancel an order, that has already been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
CUSTOMER- AND PRIVACY POLICY
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time. In order for you to enter into an agreement with aNNø, we need the following information:

The personal information is registered with aNNø, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. The director and employees for aNNø have access to the information recorded about you. The data manager in aNNø is: Anne Nørgaard. We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
